Turnbacks the day of the game or on weekends go to the dispatcher. Otherwise, they go to the assigner. Turnbacks less than 24 hours before game time are subject to a $10 fee. If you are not paid for your services at the site (forfeit, travel fee), your responsibility is to contact the assigner. All outstanding fees will be processed at the end of the season, minus any turnbacks, no-shows or outstanding fees. Your deadline to verify claims with the assigners is Nov. 1. |
