Meeting ~ Test Meeting - 10/25 at Sagamore will be here at
Sagamore. Alternate interpretation
will follow that meeting and there will be
NO CHARGE this year. Less and less attendance at our meetings. Others
are
charging if you miss. Remember the last meeting 2/14 Election Meeting,
It’s your organization. If
you’re not going to attend, you must notify Tim
Joyce or
Bob DeName in advance or within one week after that
meeting. Let’s
not
have a meeting canceled because not enough members show up for a
Quorum, which is necessary to
conduct any business i.e. vote
don’t make one of
these or any other state interpretations, with proof of
Attendance,
that is
your responsibility.
NO SCHEDULES will be given
to you, if you don’t get that!
D. Test NOT
in on time or failure - NO SCHEDULES
DUE DATE: 11/1, in our hands, not postmarked

F. 2008 – 2009 dues are due on either March
1 or the February meeting.

continually get people who are late, 10 or so the new fee,
including dues will be $150 by April 1, after that a letter
to the President,
To be
reviewed by the Executive board and voted upon before said member
is re-admitted to the Organization. It will no longer be
AUTOMATIC!
