F. Meetings – Getting dates
that don’t conflict with other organizations are more difficult then it seems.
We are governed by the constraints of Sachem and the use of the school by other
organizations and the events of the school. Just try to remember, we are pretty
flexible about attendance, but you do have obligations to this organization,
not just the other ones, because our dates overlap.
G. We do apologize for the
meeting on February 14, Valentine’s Day, but the scheduling of play offs are
beyond our control. Bribe your wife or girlfriend, with dinner another night,
after it’s less crowded then. However, that is a very important meeting for the
organization as you get to shape our direction by who
you elect to the positions that are open for a vote.

that he wasn’t able to attend this meeting, but
would like to ask to
try not to turn back as many games as you have in the
past, as he doesn’t want the money, just the games filled as
they are on the original assignments. He would also like you to go the Section
XI website and look over the dates for the play offs.
If you are regularly a play off official or want to be, try to be available for
those dates.
